So Kayla is going home tomorrow. Her Uncle Bob is coming with the ambulance to pick her up. They have nurses coming every night to take care of Kayla. Peter and April will take care of her during the day until Peter goes back to work. Then April will take care of her. I will help whenever they need me
The school will be doing an evaluation and setting up home schooling. Physical therapy and occupational therapy will start later in the week. They are still working on getting a speech therapist.
We hope and pray that with time and prayer, Kayla will walk and talk. Keep all of her family in your prays as we start a new part of her recovery.

Wishing Kayla and her family the best on this new road they are embarking on. I know it will be rough--I have a friend who suffered a brain injury on his bicycle--it took time and patience, but he is back to a regular life.
