I spoke to Peter about an hour ago. Kayla was going for a hearing test. I am not quite sure how that works but they attach electrodes to her head and measure the response to sound.
Then she will be having the trach removed. She will stay in the hospital for observation overnight and go back to rehab tomorrow.
I am so glad that she is getting her trach out. I'm sure that she will be glad too. I'm sure that she'll be talking our ears off very soon!!!!
