I am sorry I have not posted for awhile. Kayla is making steady progress every day. Right now we are making plans for her to continuing her therapies over the summer. She will go to school most of July and early August. She will also have tutoring for the weeks that she is not in school.
Today I took Kayla to Mt. View Elementary school for a visit. Going through the halls many people stopped to say Hi. We went to Mr. Robert Fisher's room for a visit with her class and then out on the playground. Next we visited Mrs. Oakley's class. Kayla was happy to see her friends again.

As we approach one year, we wish to express our deep gratitude for all the kind words, cards, prayers, support and help from so many in our community and county and far beyond. Thank you all for caring. On June 9th it will be one year since Kayla's accident. We are offering prayers of thanksgiving for her life and her progress.
