Peter just called me and told me that Kayla just had a SHOWER!!! Finally the shower chair was approved and delivered. That was her first shower since leaving the rehab hospital five months ago. Peter said she did not want to get out of the shower, that Kayla loved it.
Kayla is talking more. Her new words are Mom, Maddy and Love You. She has also relearned how to write her name. Her teacher is thrilled with her progress.
