So this morning kayla ate every bit of her pancakes with syrup. This a first. She ate them without any battle of getting her to open her mouth. I just had to make sure to give her enough time for each bite but this is definitely progress.
They are fitting her right hand for a brace and changing the brace on her left arm as she can remove the one she has very affectively.
I have also asked them if they could wash her hair at some point since it has been six weeks. I know if it was me I would be going bananas. Hopefully that would solve some of the itching issues. So as soon as the doctor clears her incisions from the shunt they will do that.
