This morning, Kayla's nurse said that she is responsive (squeezing your hand when you ask) and opening her eyes.

The nurse told my sister that she has been lifting up her arm sort of reaching for the vent and when the nurse told her if she kept doing that they would need to tie her arm down (they don't want her to pull the vent out) she put her arm down.

So as I've said almost every day, baby steps.

Also today is 2 weeks since Kayla's accident. I know you are all still praying for Kayla, but please don't forget my brother Peter and his wife, April in your prayers.
